3rd official RYRC online seminar

3rd official RYRC online seminar

Assalamualaikum, fellow volunteers of RYRC. We are glad to announce that we will be starting our new years curriculum from tomorrow.

As our motto is "We Serve". We shall fulfill our duty at all costs.

A basic introduction to what we will do:

1. In each fest/event in our school, we will be provided a medical stall where we have to act as medics and help treat people accordingly.

2. We will have certain timlines for each individual. So, a balanced schedule is made and everyone is not bothered.

3. Please do remember that this is not a club rather an organization. We do not promote any kind of irregular behaviour such as:- bunking classes/coaching imposing the conditions that you were busy doing club work. Education comes first. Our organization is mostly voluntary. If you wish to work you do you. If you don'tyou are more than free to go.

4. If there are any exceptions/problems please inform your respective hierchy ranked member. They will give a decision based on the occurances.

Points to be noted:
1. All activities must be within the college campus.

2. You are bound to appear in proper college dress. Otherwise you won't be recognized as a member.

3. Any event at which we have to remain at our designated workspot for more than 6 hour's, we will be provided with food and beverages.

4. DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY KIND OF MALICIOUS ACTIVITY. Our organization is very reputable. Do not get involved in any activity that might question our motives.

5. Working is good but overworking is not. We do not want any person to work/volunteer more than 2 hours a day. If  you want to work more, you must report it to your parents and to your section's deputy youth cheif.

6. The designated stall/place where we must reside during an event will have many seniors and juniors. Please be aware of what language you use and please refrain from using any slangs/vulgar words.

7. No forms of ill-manner will be forgiven.  You are the carrier of your own status and reputation.

About events:
Make sure to be on time and do not try to fake any occurances. Be truthful. We willtry to co-operate as much as possible.

And one thing that I must mention:
Any form of ragging/bullying will not be tolerated. Respect your seniors and show affection to your juniors.

About our next course of plan:

Sports Week (DAY-1):
All willing members must enter the campus before 8:50AM and must report before 9AM following the rules and regulations mentioned above.
